We cook the food we grew up on — golden fried, smothered, seasoned, slow-cooked, and done right. Nothing rushed; made with SOUL, and served with LOVE! Nothing served we wouldn't put down in front of our own family!

Our Story

There's a reason it tastes like home

The Rollin' Trapp is more than a food truck—it's the continuation of a dream.

Our dad, Alphonso Kincey, Jr., always joked about opening a restaurant he’d call The Trapp. He gained his heavenly wings in 2009, never getting to see it. In 2020, we felt called to carry it forward.
